Protocol take is 10% of the compulsory 1% trade fee — not 10% of the creator share. Extra 0–3% tax never enters the treasury. Phase 2 (when live): satellite keepers CCTP-burn dollars to Robinhood; the home treasury buys official $SMCA on the Pons USDG book and may send it to dead. Official $SMCA also lives on Argus (Arc). Owner must set $SMCA, the Pons buyer, and setPhase2Live(true). Do not deploy this contract until the official Pons $SMCA tx exists.

setSmca is Robinhood-only (chain id 4663). The $SMCA page must show an empty buyback ledger, not invented fills.
