Records the lock and plants the book through the sower. Creator redirect lives here. Fees are claimed on escrow. There is no withdraw.
Factory calls noteLaunch at create and seed at graduation. Seed approves the sower and plants the V4 / Infinity pool. Fallback reverts PermanentlyLocked so random selectors (withdraw, decreaseLiquidity, burn, collect) fail.
Fees are claimed on SamecaFeeEscrow by the credited wallet. Read tokenProtocolFeeShares, feeRedirects, tokenCreatorTaxBps, or getLaunchFeePolicy(token) for the frozen terms.
A later locker is a new deployment. Existing seeds stay in this one.
