Fixed ERC-20. No Ownable. No permit. No mint after deploy. No pause. No blacklist. No proxy.

Constructor: name, symbol, image, description, linksHash, deployer. Image must be an ipfs://, ipns://, or https:// URI. totalSupply is always 1_000_000_000 ether, minted once to msg.sender (the factory). Metadata is stored so CREATE2 initcode stays identical across chains.

Do not add EIP-2612 if it would change bytecode across compiler settings. Do not use OpenZeppelin Clones for tokens.
