Circle’s dollar chain. Gas is USDC. The ERC-20 at 0x3600…0000 is the same balance at 6 decimals.

Arc documents this split: native gas accounting is 18 decimals; application USDC is 6. Sameca helpers live in ArcDecimals.sol. rejectWrap() exists so nobody “helpfully” deploys a WETH-style wrapper.

First buy is always a second transaction on Arc. The launch UI prints a two-step checklist and does not hide step 2. Official $SMCA also prints on Argus, on this chain.

CCTP domain for Arc (when phase 2 is wired) is 26. Do not call those functions in v1.
