CREATE2 tokens. CREATE3 the factory via CreateX so the factory CA can match on 4663, 56, and 5042.

Owner (narrow): launch fee on/off, curve params for future launches, protocol fee recipient and share for future books, relay address, one-time locker / escrow / hook / sower bind. Owner cannot touch existing lockers or withdraw reserves.

launchFromRelay is only callable by the relay. Direct launch requires params.deployer == msg.sender.
