Official $SMCA prints on two venues at once: Pons on Robinhood Chain 4663, pair USDG, and Argus on Arc 5042, pair USDC. Those are two books and two inventories. SamecaFactory does not mint either. After each tx, set NEXT_PUBLIC_SMCA (Pons) and NEXT_PUBLIC_SMCA_ARGUS (Argus). A namesake on BSC, or on any other pad, is not official.

Phase-2 buybacks, when wired, hit the Pons USDG book first. The $SMCA page must show an empty buyback ledger until those txs exist.
